Interior Features and Amenities

Soleil Haus is furnished with exceptional comfort and an overall feeling of "hominess." It has a large great room upstairs with vaulted ceilings and spectacular views. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living area that includes a gas fireplace and entertainment center. The dining room table seats 8 to 10, and there are three stools at the kitchen island. Card tables and chairs and children's booster seats are available for added seating.

The sliding doors off the great room provide access to the large log framed deck. Bird feeders are placed to entice the local wildlife to visit a bit closer to home. While the views from the inside of Soleil Haus are captivating, it is the deck that provides the most awesome views. Binoculars and a telescope are available for those who want a closer look. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a full bathroom and a guest bedroom with a full bathroom right across the hall. A third bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom is located downstairs, along with a family room that has a second fireplace and a wet bar with a sink and mini refrigerator. The family room can easily serve as a fourth bedroom by using the sofa (hide-a-bed). Another deck with a loveseat swing, a stone patio, the creek, and the hot tub is accessed from the sliding glass door in this room. Both the front and 2-car garage door entrance opens into a "mud" room / storage room.

Kitchen Other: Our policy is to leave spices, other cooking goods and condiments, dry beverage mixes, and other non-perishable items for the use of newly arriving guests.

Dining: Complete sets of dishes, glasses, silverware, serving dishes, utensils, and linens.

Great Room: Gas fireplace, satellite TV with DVR, VCR, and CD and DVD players.

Family Room: Gas fireplace, satellite TV, VCR, washer/dryer, detergent, wetbar with sink and mini refrigerator, plastic cups for hot tub use.

Bed and Bath: Fresh linens and towels, toilet paper, bar soap, hair drye.r

Outside: Deck furniture, gas grill, 6 person hot tub.

Fun and Games: DirecTV with DVR, videos, CDs, DVDs, binoculars, board games, puzzles, books, sports and outdoor game equipment, snow sleds.
